I was extremely excited to be accepted into the 2011 program. I had been in Hospitality Management for many years and was interested in the idea of working for a large organisation and was curious to see where it would take me.

I can honestly say the program is everything I could possibly have hoped for and more. It is a huge challenge, but one I was ready for.

The ongoing training and support from the program has been terrific. I have never felt so valued in a workplace and it has been such a pleasure to be part of an organisation that has such a commitment to training and development.

The ongoing support and encouragement of management and staff has been a key stand out for me. Not only do I receive feedback, I have also been able to give feedback to senior business leaders. This really gives me the feeling that I can contribute to the organisation in a meaningful way.

I thought I knew a lot about customer service but I was astounded at the approach the Commonwealth Bank has towards its customers.  Being part of a culture that is totally focused on its customers is a great experience and I have no doubt that I am working for Australia’s finest financial institution.
