The Graduate Program provides you with an accelerated pathway to a successful career in Regional and Agribusiness.

At the end of your rotation, you'll have the opportunity to join the Regional and Agribusiness team in one of the bank's regional locations.

Success story: Robbie Bebb

Robbie was a graduate in our team in 2008. He is now a Relationship Executive, managing his own portfolio of clients, and is based in Tamworth. He says:

“The CBA Regional and Agribusiness program has given me the opportunity to fast track a career in finance. Graduates are encouraged to attend client visits throughout the program. I found this to be the most valuable and enjoyable part of the role. The program is flexible and well structured, which enabled me to experience and learn about the range of banking solutions that Commonwealth Bank offers to its regional and agribusiness customers”.
