Day to Day Banking Assistance

We offer many ways to help customers manage their day to day banking. Customers can choose an option that best suits their needs and how they prefer to do their banking from online services to Quick Deposit Boxes.

Special Exemptions

The Bank provides fee exemptions for special groups in the community, including eligible aged and war veteran pensioners, customers who are unable to use self service banking because of a disability, youth under the age of 18 and full-time tertiary students, irrespective of age.

Access Fees apply to all transactions including balance enquiries using non-Commonwealth Bank ATMs in Australia and EFTPOS overseas. For full details of current fees and charges, please refer to the Product Disclosure brochure which may be obtained in-store or by calling 137288 between 8am-8pm (Sydney time) 7 days a week.
