Financial assistance

There are times when your personal circumstances may have changed or you may be experiencing difficulty meeting your monthly loan or credit card commitments. This may be because of:

  • Injury or illness
  • Unemployment
  • Divorce or relationship separation
  • Natural disaster
  • Unexpected reduction of income


The Customer Assist team will assess your current personal circumstances and, where appropriate, provide solutions tailored to your needs. This may involve the completion of a Personal Money Plan, which has been designed to help us work out the best solution for you. The Customer Assist team can be contacted via:
