Insider Trading Guidelines

Our staff are bound to act responsibly when they are aware of unpublished price-sensitive information about the Bank or any other company.
We recognise that at times, staff may have access to information that is not generally available but can materially affect the share price of shares or other securities in the Bank or other companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
For this reason, mandatory guidelines have been established stating that staff who are aware of any unpublished price-sensitive information about the Bank or any other company cannot:

• either on behalf of themselves or anyone else, buy, sell or otherwise deal in any shares or other securities which are affected by the information;
• either on behalf of themselves or anyone else, cause or procure any other person to buy, sell or otherwise deal in those securities;and
• communicate the information to anyone else, if they know or reasonably should know that they will use the information, directly or indirectly, for dealing in the securities.
