Indigenous Banking Team

In consultation with our Indigenous partners, communities and customers, we created an Indigenous Banking Team. The team has offices in Cairns and Sydney, and is dedicated to providing Indigenous customers with the highest quality business expertise and customer service. Reconciliation Action Plan

The Commonwealth Bank Reconciliation Action Plan formalises our commitment to Indigenous Australians and sets out initiatives designed to help close the gap between Indigenous and other Australians. It was launched in 2008 and our 2010 version is available here (PDF1 MB).
Through our Reconciliation Action Plan program, developed with Reconciliation Australia, we have outlined the steps we will take to provide opportunities for Indigenous Australians and promote social, economic and financial equality for all Australians.
