After consultation with communities in remote locations, we developed and launched our Indigenous Customer Assistance Line. It is the first of its kind in Australia.
Customers living in remote communities can call a toll-free number and speak to a specially trained team to access banking services, including account balances, transferring money and paying bills over the phone.
