As a result of continued speculation and inconsistent media reporting regarding the potential purchase of The National Bank of New Zealand Limited (NBNZ), the Bank has decided to clarify its position.
The Bank is not involved in the process related to the possible divestment of NBNZ by Lloyds TSB Group plc.
