Legal action by National Exchange

Several newspapers have reported legal action against the Bank by David Tweed. Earlier this year the Bank responded to a request from Mr Tweed's company, National Exchange, to provide a copy of our share register.
National Exchange has alleged that the data was provided in an unsuitable format.
The Bank believes that it has complied with the requirements of the law in providing its share register data, and will be vigorously defending the action.
