Staff contributions
We encourage our people to give back to their local community by donating their time and money to support worthy causes.
Our people have many opportunities to volunteer their time and get involved in their local communities, including volunteering at Clean Up Australia Day sites as well as participating in student mentoring through the Australian Business and Community Network.
Staff can also donate money through the Commonwealth Bank’s Staff Community Fund, a simple and valued way for our people to financially support community groups.
