Through providing cultural, educational, employment and enterprise opportunities, and enhancing our services, we can develop real and practical capabilities to meet the needs of our Indigenous customers and staff.
Our inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) was launched in July 2008, and formalised the Group’s commitment to Indigenous Australians. The RAP aims to provide meaningful employment, support financial literacy education, offer relevant financial services, foster enterprise development and encourage appreciation of Australia’s unique Indigenous cultures.
