A Business Debit MasterCard gives you more convenience and the control of using your own business funds to pay for business expenses online, over the phone or in person. Plus, you can access money from your business transaction accounts at ATMs and pay for purchases using EFTPOS, just like you would with a keycard.

Features

  • Greater access to your own business funds to pay bills and suppliers online or over the phone
  • Make purchases and withdraw cash overseas, with MasterCard accepted at over 30 million locations worldwide, including more than 1.2 million ATMs
  • For a faster way to pay, use MasterCard® PayPass™ for purchases under $100
  • Added security by pressing ‘Credit’ when making purchases
  • Enjoy peace of mind with MasterCard Zero Liability*

Account options

The Business Debit MasterCard can be linked to a Business Transaction Account, Premium Business Cheque Account, Standard Cheque Account, Overdraft Cheque Account or Society Cheque Account.

MasterCard® PayPass

PayPass lets you pay for purchases of under $100 at participating stores without having to sign or enter your PIN. Just ‘tap’ your card on the PayPass reader, wait for the green light and go. The Commonwealth Bank and MasterCard provide protection against unauthorised transactions under $100, so it’s completely secure.

Added security

Simply by pressing ‘Credit’ when you make a purchase with your Business Debit MasterCard, you’ll receive the added security of Commonwealth Bank’s Fraud Monitoring. Plus, enjoy the peace of mind of MasterCard Zero Liability* for protection against fraud and unauthorised charges.

NetCode Security:  NetBank customers can benefit from NetCode’s Online Verification Service and receive extra protection when making transactions on websites supported by MasterCard® SecureCode. NetCode offers greater security for online transactions by sending a single-use one-time password to your phone to authorise a purchase.

Secure Chip Technology:  Your Business Debit MasterCard has an embedded microchip that makes it more difficult to fraudulently copy the details of your card. When chip terminals are in use, simply insert the chip end of your card in the terminal for the entire transaction.

Pen or PIN

With your Business Debit MasterCard, you have two options after selecting ‘Credit’ to make purchases – you can sign or enter a PIN, just like you would with a keycard.
