Mincham Aviation is a small, Australian-owned organisation that supports the civil aerospace and defence communities with specialist capabilities in advanced aerospace and defence fabrication technologies. Owned and operated by Darryl Mincham, he began sub-contracting his services after many years in the air force before officially starting his own business in 1996.

Darryl was looking for a bank that could help him map out an effective growth strategy, providing support and advice each step of his journey.

They even seek out opportunities for business without us having to approach them.”

Over the past eleven years, Darryl has built a successful business and is now preparing for further growth with the assistance of his Local Business Banker. His plans include significant expansion of his current facility and an attempt to break into global manufacturing and establish a brand of aviation products.

The business employs 17 staff and is a one-stop-shop for all structural aviation needs.
