International trade forms

The following forms will assist you with various import and export transactions. You can complete these forms online and then simply print, sign and return them to us.

The forms are in Adobe Acrobat format so you will need to download a free version of the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader software if you don't already have it.

Finance
Request short-term, fixed interest and fixed term finance in most currencies, including the Australian dollar.

 

Import transactions
Apply for a documentary credit so you can pay your supplier.
Request an amendment if the documentary credit that was originally established requires any changes.

 

Export transactions
Provide instructions for processing the documents for your overseas sale, whether under documentary credit or by documentary collection.
A supplement to the Lodgement Authority form for new clients to the Bank who have not been previously identified.
For documentary credits or documentary collections where payment is due at sight.
For documentary credits or documentary collections where payment is due at a term other than sight.
Provide instructions for processing the documents for your overseas sale under a documentary collection.
