Our Cash Deposit Account gives you a choice of investment alternatives within the one account. Your money can be invested in any combination of terms – all attracting competitive interest rates.

  • Easy telephone access – once your account is opened you can complete the majority of transactions over the phone

The following investment alternatives are available within the one cash deposit account:

At Call Deposit Account
This account is ideal for those with large sums to invest and who require ready access to their money. For same-day withdrawals, simply phone your relationship manager by 4pm (Monday to Friday). The main features are:

  • A minimum initial deposit of $50,000
  • A minimum balance of $10,000
  • A minimum transaction of $5,000 applies
  • Interest is calculated daily and paid monthly or quarterly

 

Fixed Term Deposit Account
If you don’t need funds to be available at short notice, the fixed term deposit account gives you the opportunity to earn competitive market rates for a term you nominate. The main features are:

  • A minimum initial and ongoing deposit of $50,000
  • Terms from seven days to five years are available
  • Interest is calculated daily and paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or at maturity (for terms up to one year)

 

Security Investments – Bank Bills

You may also purchase security investments - bank bills that may be linked to your cash deposit account. The minimum investment amount for a security investment is $100,000. Investment terms generally range from one day to 185 days (subject to availability).
