You can improve the service you offer your customers by giving them the choice of paying bills outside normal trading hours. With BPOINT Phone, your customers can pay for expenses like bills, insurance, council rates and school fees over the phone using a hosted interactive voice response (IVR) service. It’s easy to use and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Customise your service
You can choose to use the standard 1300 BPOINT phone number or have a dedicated 1300 number. With your own number, you can also record a custom message and set up payment rules that suit your business and your customers.

Integrate with ease
You can choose from a range of reporting formats to ensure your new phone payment system integrates seamlessly with your existing receivables and back-office systems.

Adding a surcharge
With BPOINT Phone, you have the option of collecting a surcharge for every payment you receive, which can help cover the costs of accepting payments over the phone by credit card.

Get your money sooner
If you have a Commonwealth Bank Business Account, you’ll receive your funds on the next business day as they’re paid by the customer.
