Authorisations

An authorisation confirms that the card is valid, has not been reported lost or stolen, and has sufficient funds available to cover the transaction amount. Authorisations do not guarantee that the person you are dealing with is in fact the rightful cardholder, or that the transaction will not be charged back.

Credit card authorisations
To obtain authorisations for MasterCard or Visa cards call 13 2636, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Debit and charge card authorisations
To obtain authorisations for:

1. Debit cards call 1800 813 700, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Amex cards call 1300 363 614, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3. Diners cards call 1300 360 500, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
