BPAY® allows you to collect payments either by phone or via the internet,
reducing administrative costs. The facility maximises cash flow as funds are
credited to your account on the same day. BPAY® also provides an electronic
record, so you can download data and reconcile payments against your
receivables system.
Direct Debit
Direct debit allows you to debit your customers’ nominated cheque or savings
accounts in any financial institution within Australia. It enables you to
reduce the collection time cycle and improve cash management because you know
what funds will be received on a given date. You also reduce administrative
time because payments are transmitted to us in one single electronic file.
BPOINT Direct Debit (credit card)
The BPOINT Direct Debit from credit card service enables your clients to pay
their accounts using an American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard or Visa card.
It offers them greater convenience and ensures you receive funds promptly and
securely.
Retail Lockbox
Retail Lockbox frees you from collecting, processing and depositing mailed
payments. These payments are received at a single, specially designated post
office locked bag and delivered to us for processing. Payments are credited to
your account on the same day.
Agency Payment Facility
Under this facility, we’ll collect and process all your payments, helping you
manage your cash and payments more effectively. Payments are credited to your
account on the same day, while detailed electronic statements enable quick and
easy reconciliation with your accounts receivable system.
