CommBiz is the market leading online business banking platform. We aim to keep it that way by continually making it simpler, faster and more convenient for you to manage your business banking online.

What’s changed?
CommBiz now offers these new features:

Feature

Benefits

Merchant Insights

Merchant Insights is a sophisticated analytical report that can help provide you with a better understanding of sales through your merchant terminal(s). Information is displayed in easy to understand graphs to help you identify sales trends and patterns by turnover, volume and purchase ticket size. View the Merchant Insights User Guide for more information.

Please note: Reporting is available only on Commonwealth Bank settlement accounts linked to CommBiz.

NetLock

NetLock is an innovative USB security device developed specifically for CommBiz customers. NetLock is designed to be used along with existing CommBiz tokens to give extra protection against even the most sophisticated security threats. This means you can use any internet connection, anywhere and anytime, to carry out your CommBiz transactions with complete confidence.

Enhanced Transaction History

A new, simplified layout to your Transaction History page has been developed to make it easier to view your transaction history details. What’s more, we have introduced predictive searching (which you may have experienced in some web search engines), to help you find your accounts faster. Just type any part of the account name or number and the search function will display the top 10 account matches. For more details, view our Transaction History User Guide. This predictive searching function will also be applied to some other CommBiz pages.

Improved screens

We’ve improved the following screens to make them simpler and more intuitive to navigate:

  • Account Information
  • Pooling Facility

Expanded Service Delegate functionality

CommBiz Service Delegates can now electronically approve Enable Foreign Exchange maintenance requests, making the process:

  • Simpler, with no need to sign and post paperwork;
  • Faster, with turnaround time reduced from 2-3 days to a few hours; and
  • More reliable.

Please note: You need to set up service delegates on your CommBiz service before you can take advantage of this function. To find out how to nominate service delegates, please read the Nominating Service Delegates user guide.

Improved printing in CommBiz Markets

The introduction of smarter printing function allows you to print up to 10 trade confirmations at once, compared to just one previously saving you time.

CommBiz Markets Trade Notes

You can now add notes to your trades, making it easy to identify and differentiate the different trades you have placed. You can add trade notes when you’re submitting a trade, or later when you’re revising trades in your status list.
