We may be able to offer preferential lending terms and competitive pricing on a range of services and solutions to our preferred franchise systems.
Offers for finance will at a minimum be secured by a fixed and floating charge of the franchise business, together with stakeholder guarantees.
Clients who request finance from the Bank need to demonstrate the ability to service and repay all facilities provided by the Bank within the term of the facility.
Financial covenants may be applied to finance, with profit & loss statement and balance sheet required at least annually.
