Commonwealth Awards cardholders can redeem awards points for a cash back award which gives you a credit on your credit card. So, when you use your Commonwealth Awards credit card to make a purchase, the awards points you earn can help you pay off* your credit card.

You can use as many awards points as you like for the cash back award, provided you redeem a minimum of 4,000 points ($20).

To redeem this award online, visit the Commonwealth Awards website accessible through www.netbank.com.au and select from the following denominations:

Or, if you'd prefer to redeem a different denomination of points for credit, simply call the Commonwealth Awards Service Centre on 13 16 61 from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.

Once your points are redeemed for this award, the credit will appear on your credit card statement within 20 working days.
