Find a branch or ATM

Finding a branch or ATM convenient to you is fast and simple:

• Check the 'Branches' and/or the 'ATMs' box
• Enter the street name and/or the postcode or suburb
• Use the Advanced search link to select the branch facilities or ATM features you are looking for. (Please note: If your choice is not available in conjunction with other facilities or features the unavailable options will appear as grey)
• You can rollover each facility or feature for a short description
• Click the 'Locate now' button to display your search results

Remember, you can access all Commonwealth Bank and Bankwest ATMs for free if you are a Commonwealth Bank customer.

Find opening hours

To find the opening hours of a specific branch:

• Check the ‘Branches’ box, un-check the ‘ATM’s box
• Enter the street name and/or the postcode or suburb
• If you’re looking for a branch that is open on weekends; check ‘Weekend trading’
• Click the ‘Locate now’ button to display your search results
• Click on a branch to see more details
• Click on the ‘Hours’ tab to see the opening hours

Find a specific service

To search for a specific service:

• Select a service from the list. You can only search for one service at a time
• Enter the street name and/or the postcode or suburb
• Click the 'Locate now' button to display your search results

Search by BSB

Simply enter a Commonwealth Bank BSB number and click the ‘Locate now’ button to display your search results. BSB is short for Bank, State, Branch. Every branch of each bank in Australia has its own BSB number that identifies it from other branches. All Commonwealth Bank BSB numbers start with 06 which has already been entered for you. To enter your search, type the remaining digits into the search field after ‘06’ to complete the number.

Search by map

You can use the map to search for your nearest Commonwealth Bank branch. Use the controls in the top left corner of the map to zoom in on a location or pan to a new location. Once you have zoomed in to the map a few times, locations in that area will be shown to you to choose from.

In the ‘Find us across Australia’ section at the bottom of the page you can search by state and territory or major city to find your nearest Commonwealth Bank branch.
