On the road

The Commonwealth Bank, in conjunction with The Australian Women’s Weekly and the Nine Network’s Today Show, went ‘On the Road’ in 2007.

The ‘On the Road’ custom built road train travelled more than 40,000 kilometres around Australia, stopping at 102 regional and rural locations along the way.

Interactive finance sessions, food demonstrations, fashion parades, competitions, giveaways and a Commonwealth Bank Money Centre were featured at each location. In addition, fundraising activities raised $63,045 for local communities.
