through Commonwealth Bank ATMs, EFTPOS, NetBank and unassisted telephone banking, without worrying about incurring extra bank charges. You will receive a standard Commonwealth Bank keycard to access your money through ATMs and EFTPOS.

Streamline Basic features

The features of Streamline Basic are the same as e-Access, except for the following services that are not available on Streamline Basic accounts:

• Scheduled payments using NetBank;
• Cheque books; and
• Overdraft facility

Streamline Basic also features:

• $0 overdrawing approval fee
• $0 dishonour fee

1. Electronic transactions can be made via Commonwealth Bank ATMs, online with NetBank, via telephone banking or EFTPOS in Australia. Excludes non-Commonwealth Bank ATMs here and all ATMs overseas, EFTPOS transactions overseas, transfer group payments to third parties, International Money Transfers and separate services such as bank cheques, periodic payments and transfers/deposits to other banks.
2. Streamline e-Access and Streamline Basic also excludes assisted phone, branch and agency withdrawals and cheques written.
