Access options
You can choose how you want to do your banking with Smart Access or Complete Access, and if you want a Debit MasterCard or Keycard.
Everyday Account Smart Access
Smart Access is designed for people who prefer to do their day-to-day banking electronically. It offers unlimited Commonwealth Bank transactions, including ATM, unassisted phone, internet and EFTPOS, for a low monthly account fee of $4 (some exclusions apply).
Everyday Account Complete Access
Complete access offers the option of face-to-face banking and gives you the freedom of unlimited Commonwealth Bank branch, ATM, assisted and unassisted phone, internet and EFTPOS transactions, for a low monthly account fee of $6 (some exclusions apply).
