Redeem your points for travel

Use your Awards points to purchase travel with Flight Centre, including flights, hotels, cruises, packages and more. This benefit is available only to Commonwealth Awards cardholders. Conveniently, Flight Centre Limited has over 840 stores nationwide, where you can choose from a wide range of holiday options. You can redeem your points at Flight Centre stores, over the phone by calling 1300 165 033, or online through the Commonwealth Awards website.

Awards points can be redeemed for Velocity Rewards (the frequent flyer program of the Virgin Australia group of airlines) or Air New Zealand Airpoints™ Dollars provided you're a member of the relevant program. Conditions apply.

Customers wanting to transfer their points to Qantas Frequent Flyer must opt-in to Qantas Frequent Flyer Direct. Once you have opted in then all points earned will be automatically transferred across to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account each month. There is a $10 annual fee to opt in to Qantas Frequent Flyer Direct. Conditions apply.
