Why should there be limits on what you can redeem your Awards points for? With Diamond Awards you have absolute freedom to redeem your points for almost anything you like – and we mean anything#. Or, you can purchase what you like and get the cash back to your credit card.*

* Customers who elect to source their own item and redeem for cash back will only receive cash to value of their Awards points balance.

Redeem your points for travel

Purchase flights, hotels, cruises, holiday packages and more with your Awards points, either in person, at one of Flight Centre Limited’s 840 stores, by phoning 1300 165 033 or online at the Commonwealth Awards website for domestic flights, hotels and South Pacific flights.

Members of Virgin Australia's frequent flyer program, Velocity Rewards, or Air New Zealand Airpoints™ Dollars can also redeem Awards points for Velocity Points or Airpoint Dollars. Conditions apply.

If you'd like to transfer your points to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program~, you need to opt-in to Qantas Frequent Flyer Direct (a $10 annual fee applies). Once you've done so, we'll automatically transfer the points you earn each month to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. Conditions apply.

You can redeem 2 Awards points for 1 Qantas Frequent Flyer point or 1 Velocity Point, and 160 Awards points for one Airpoint Dollar™.
