Where can I find the Commonwealth Bank American Express ® Card security
verification number?
You may be asked to input or quote your security verification number (e.g.
for online transactions) as an additional security measure. This is a 4-digit
number that can be found on the front of your card, on the right hand side
above the American Express logo.
What do I do if my cards are lost or stolen?
If your Commonwealth Bank Awards American Express Card or your MasterCard
card or Visa card is lost or stolen please call 13 2221 as soon as
possible. We will immediately block your cards from accepting
transactions and re-issue you with a new card (or cards) with a different card
number.
If one of the cards is lost or stolen, will two new cards be sent to
me?
Only the card that’s been lost or stolen will be replaced.
