Our advanced security and fraud detection systems monitor your account 24/7, and if we think a transaction looks suspicious, we will contact you to confirm it was yours.

Secure Internet Shopping

Secure Internet Shopping (SIS) provides a more secure way to shop online by offering added protection against the fraudulent use of your card. We've recently enhanced our current Security Internet Shopping service with NetCode.

NetCode is a security feature currently used in our online banking service, NetBank, to authorise certain transactions or activities.  NetCode is also used to authorise some purchases on websites supported by MasterCard^® SecureCode and Verified by Visa. These websites can be easily identified as they will display one of the following logos.
