Uploading proof of income documents in NetBank

When you apply for a new credit card, you'll need to provide proof of income. This could be a recent payslip or a bank statement.  

The easiest way to do this is by uploading electronic copies of your documents via NetBank. Watch our video about how to upload your documents now. By uploading your documents online, you'll avoid having to send your documents by mail. What's more, we will be able to process your application faster, so you'll get your card sooner.

And because it's handled through our secure NetBank environment, the privacy of your documents is assured.

Individual files can be a maximum of 3MB in size.

Uploading your documents

You can upload documents from the Application Summary page when you submit your application online.

Watch our video about how to upload your documents, or follow the steps below:

1. To upload your documents, click Browse and select the document to upload
2. Use the dropdown list to select the type of document you're uploading.
3. Press the Attach button and wait for the file to be uploaded
4. Wait for the Attached symbol to appear on the screen. This means your file has been successfully added. If you make a mistake, click Remove to delete the document.
5. If you need to upload additional documents, click Add more files.
6. Once you have attached all documents click on the Upload button to send these documents to us.
7. You shall receive a confirmation on the screen once your documents have been successfully uploaded.
