Transfer a credit card balance

A credit card balance transfer is when you move the balance of an existing credit or store card that you have with another provider to your Commonwealth Bank credit card.

What are the benefits?

You save on fees by consolidating your credit card and store cards into one, and you will also pay a low 5.99% p.a. in interest for the first 5 months on the balance you bring across.

Please note:
Please note that the interest free period (up to 55 days) on purchases and most bill payments does not apply to any purchases while a balance transfer remains outstanding, and at the end of the balance transfer period, the interest rate on any outstanding transferred balances converts to the cash advance rate current at that time.
