Secure Sentinel offers a range of services that can help deal with the loss or theft of your personal possessions. Once you sign up and register your details, Secure Sentinel can help minimise the risk of fraudulent use of your credit cards and will provide retrieval assistance for your possessions with just one call.

What does Secure Sentinel do?

In the case of any registered possessions being lost or stolen, a member can make one phone call 24/7, to the Secure Sentinel Customer Service Centre and they will:

  • Arrange to cancel and reorder your lost or stolen credit, debit and ATM cards.
  • Arrange cancellation of your missing passport and provide you with the contact details of the Australian Embassy to organise a replacement.
  • Get a A$1,000 emergency cash advance of up to A$1,000 to you, anywhere in the world (conditions apply).
  • Arrange to block your lost or stolen mobile phone.

 

As a member you'll also receive coded stickers and tags with Secure Sentinel's contact details to make it easier for your lost mobile phone, keys, luggage or camera to be returned.

You can also register the details of all your important documents, such as your driver's licence, plus the serial numbers of your valuables with Secure Sentinel so, if they are lost or stolen, all the information needed for a police or insurance report is in the one safe place.
