Additional borrowing options

With a Commonwealth Bank home loan, you can get 6 months pre-approval and take your time to shop. If saving a large enough deposit seems to take forever, we offer a Property Share option so you can split the cost of purchase with a friend or relative, and Guarantor Support to assist with securing your loan. Our home loans are also portable, so if you sell your property down the track, you can take your loan with you. You can also top-up your home loan and have access to more funds, as your needs change over time. Finally, with all our home loans, interest is calculated daily in arrears and charged monthly. And you have a choice of weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments. Use the comparison table to find out which loan type suits you best.
