First Home Owners Grant Scheme

The First Home Owner’s Grant (FHOG) scheme is a government-funded scheme that provides a non-means tested payment of $7,000 to eligible first home buyers looking for a place of residence.

• Everyone with an interest in buying a home is considered an applicant
• Customers remain eligible for the grant up to 12 months following settlement
• The Scheme is not available for the purpose of Investment Home Loans
