Wealth Package
Our Wealth Package is designed to reward you for banking with us. By
packaging your Home Loan, you’ll enjoy significant savings on borrowing,
everyday banking and insurance services.
Benefits include:
- Save up to 0.70% off the Viridian Line of Credit interest rate
- No up-front Establishment Fee (normally $600)
- No Loan Service Fees (normally $12/month)
To qualify you just need to:
- Have total home lending1 with us of at least $150,000
initially.
- Pay the Wealth Package annual fee, currently $375.

Deposit Guarantee
A Deposit Guarantee2 can be a useful alternative to a cash
deposit on a home purchase. This add-on is a quick and easy way to pay a
deposit if your cash is tied up in other investments or you're waiting to sell
your existing property.
The fee for Deposit Guarantee is from 1.2% of the overall deposit.

Low Fee Everyday Account
If your Relationship Balance is more than $50,000 we'll waive certain fees
on eligible transaction accounts.
With an Everyday Account, you can make unlimited3 everyday
Commonwealth Bank transactions without paying any withdrawal or monthly account
fees. This account gives you everything you need in an Everyday account. You
can also simplify your banking by having your salary credited directly into
this account and your home loan repayments automatically debited.

A Credit Card with no annual fee
With a Commonwealth Bank Awards or Gold Credit Card, you’ll be able to deal
with any expenses that may crop up during the buying and moving process.
Apply for a Commonwealth Bank Awards or Gold Credit Card at the same time as
a Viridian Line of Credit, and we'll waive the credit card’s annual fee for the
first year saving you up to $114.

lending accounts and the credit limit of the line of credit accounts that you
have with us. Any extra repayment that you make on your home loan will reduce
your total home lending balance.
