A revolutionary new way to search for property

Commonwealth Bank in partnership with Domain.com.au is pleased to announce the new Domain.com.au Radar search.

Now instead of just basic criteria such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms and price, Radar allows you to search for properties based on what is really important to you - your lifestyle!

With Radar, house hunters and renters can search according to a property’s proximity to community amenities, facilities and services: including whether it’s close to transport, primary schools, sporting facilities, childcare, or restaurants – Radar will find all of these in the surrounding area being searched.

You can also tell Radar exactly what features you would like in a property. Are you looking for a property with air conditioning, floor boards, secure parking, an internal laundry, gas or an ensuite?

House hunters also have the option to nominate the property features which are most ‘important’ or simply ‘nice to have’ with Radar. Radar property search then ranks the properties between zero to five stars according to how closely it matches your ideal property features and lifestyle.

You can choose to display all properties or properties according to their star rating on a map. When you click on a maps property icon you can view basic information on the property, its star rating, quick links to the listing, photos, StreetView, a suburb profile, recent sales, email a friend or even get directions to it.

With Radar you can also:

• Sign up to receive daily email alerts showing properties that match your preferences
• View auto-generated home loan calculations for each property
• View the nearest Commonwealth Bank branches and ATM’s
• Subscribe to your own tailored Home Update Newsletter
• Apply online for home loan pre-approval
