• 1.The Residential Equity Rate generally moves in line with market conditions, can change at any time and no customer margin applies.
• 2. Low Documentation loan available on these products.
• 3. The Viridian Reference Rate is determined by the Bank and is generally linked to wholesale market rate movements and is set every quarter. The customer margin (currently 1.50% pa but subject to change) is set when a Viridian Line of Credit is established and is guaranteed for one year from that date.
