How to order

You can order American Express Travellers Cheques online via ExpressFX.

Once ordered online, your travellers cheques will be delivered to your nominated branch within three to four days from when payment is received.

How to place your order using ExpressFX

1. Select your currency - we offer five foreign currencies, available in different denominations. Orders are accepted for values between AUD $250 and AUD $10,000.
2. Confirm your quote.
3. Choose your preferred branch for collection.
4. Complete your payment details. You can pay using BPAY via NetBank, telephone banking or through your own financial institution.

We recommend that you place your order at least one week before you leave.

You can also order your travellers cheques in any Commonwealth Bank branch. The exchange rate is locked in on the day that the order is placed and full payment must be made upon order. Orders will be ready for collection at your nominated branch location within two to three business days.
