Using NetBank with your accounts

NetBank allows you to link your accounts together online.

NetBank allows you to view up to date balances on linked transaction, savings and credit card accounts and up to 2 years of account transaction history and upto 7 years of statements. You can also stop paper statements on most accounts, order cheque books or statements and print transaction histories and transaction receipts directly from NetBank.

You can make one-off or recurring fund transfers to accounts at other Australian financial institutions, pay and schedule bill payments, including telephone, gas and electricity companies using BPAY to thousands of organisations, or automatically receive your bills online via BPAY View.

Which accounts work with NetBank

You can link most Commonwealth Bank accounts to NetBank, although some restrictions do apply. This list will help you to check that you have a compatible account.

Accounts that do not work with NetBank

Unfortunately, some Commonwealth Bank Group accounts cannot be accessed via NetBank at the present time. These are:

• Corporate Call accounts
• Commonwealth Cash Management Trusts
• Foreign Currency accounts
• Farm Development loans
• Premium Banking Services
