BPAY

BPAY is a convenient bill payment service that lets you pay your bills through telephone and internet banking. You can pay over 15,000 bills, schedule payments up to 18 months in advance, and opt to receive and view your bills through BPAY View in NetBank.

What bills can I pay?

If your bill displays the distinctive BPAY logo, you’ll be able to pay it directly from your cheque or savings account, or credit card.

How do I get started?

You don’t need to register to use BPAY. You only need to be registered for NetBank or telephone banking.

Once you’re registered:

• Look for the distinctive BPAY logo on your bills
• Log on to NetBank or call telephone banking
• Go to the ‘Bills’ tab and select 'pay bill'
• Select the account you want to make the payment from and the amount you’d like to pay
• Select the payment date
• Enter the biller code and customer reference number shown on your bill
• You’ll then receive a receipt number for your records
