Step 1 - My contact details

Welcome to the ‘my details’ demo. Simply read the prompts at the top of each screen, then scroll down and complete the tasks inside the box below.

The ‘My details' page enables you to view or update your personal information, including your postal and email address. To ensure you receive the latest NetBank security alerts keep your email address up-to-date. You can also ask to be notified of other Bank products, services and special offers.

Update your personal details

On the ‘My details' page, use the fields and buttons to change your details if needed. For this demo untick the ‘as home' button for the Streamline account and change the address to ‘123 Sample St Sampleville 2121’.

When you're finished, click the ‘Next' button.
