To register your NetCode token;Login to NetBank, go to the 'Security' tab and then select ‘NetCode security'.

1. Enter the first six digits of your token's serial number, which can be found on the back of the device.
2. You may be prompted to answer your two personalised identification questions or to get NetCode SMS; then click 'register'
3. You'll then see a confirmation page..
4. Log out of NetBank to complete registration.
5. Successful registration will also be confirmed in a Bank message via NetBank. Additionally, you will receive an email alert if we have your email address in NetBank.
6. Once you've registered your security token, it's ready to use immediately and you'll need it every time you login to NetBank.

Note: Below is a demonstration only, to register your token you will need to log in to NetBank.

For this demo:

A) Please enter the text '140620' into the 'Enter the first 6 digits of your token serial number' field

B) Click on the 'Activate Token' button to complete the demonstration
