To open a Superannuation Savings Account, you’ll need:

• A completed application form, available at the back of Part 1 – General information (PDF – 505KB) of the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)
• To satisfy an identification check, as outlined in the PDS
• A cash or cheque deposit or lodge a rollover request

If you’re aged 65 and over, you need to have worked 40 hours or more in any 30 day period this financial year to contribute to your super. Complete the Eligibility to contribute form and either mail to us or fax to 1800 002 715
