- Always logout of NetBank using the logoff button located at the top right
of the screen
- Always close your browser window immediately once you have logged out. Open
a new browser window to continue surfing the Internet
- Verify the authenticity of Bank emails via the ‘Bank Messages’ inbox within
NetBank
- Regularly change your NetBank password and personal identification

- Keep your contact details up to date
- Report any suspicious activity on your account immediately to the NetBank
