What our graduates say

I completed the 2012 IB&M graduate program. During the program I saw the direct, positive impact my work had on clients. The rotational aspect of the program helped me learn about the different areas in IB&M and better understand the business.

I was also the Co-chairperson for the IB&M graduate community committee. This role allowed me to not only raise money for worthy causes but also develop my decision making and management skills.

I was fortunate to be named the IB&M Graduate of the Year, which allowed me to complete a 6-month secondment supporting the IB&M Executive General Manager. This gave me invaluable experience and excellent access to senior leaders.  Once I complete my secondment I’m planning to take up a role within the Global Markets team.
Mitesh, a 2012 IB&M Graduate.
