As a Branch Manager, your role is to build and lead an energetic and proactive team focused on providing a friendly, personal and efficient service to all customers. You will champion the Sales and Service process and you will be required to provide consistent and effective leadership by motivating and developing your team to achieve shared targets.
As a Personal Lender your role will be to make an outstanding impression on your customers. Your primary concern will be to build positive relationships by identifying and anticipating their financial needs and providing them with options on a suitable range of lending and insurance products and services.
Our Savings Specialists enable customers to realise their financial goals by listening and explaining the benefits of our extensive range of products and services and proactively identifying products and services relevant to their needs. Acting as a point of reference for deposit related issues, this role requires an enthusiastic team member who will act as an ambassador for all deposits and transactions.
For many of our customers, our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for everyday banking needs. They are also able to identify and understand broader investment and lending needs, referring more complex banking enquiries to specialist team members.
Our Customer Service Specialists assist customers realise their financial goals by listening and explaining the benefits of our extensive range of products and services and proactively identifying products and services relevant to their needs.
As a Customer Banking Specialist you will educate customers in using technology to better manage their day to day banking and assist them to realise their financial goals by conducting financial health checks. By proactively identifying particular needs and future plans you will be able to explain the benefits of a comprehensive and diverse range of products and services to our customers.
The Branch Concierge provides customers with a positive customer experience from the time they walk in the Branch to the time they leave. They will welcome and build rapport with customers and ensure customers’ needs are being met and addressed by the most appropriate branch specialist in a timely manner. The Branch Concierge will be knowledgeable about all aspects of the branch.
