Program Overview

CBA is Australia’s leading financial services institution, with operations on almost every continent. To make this global operation run smoothly, the Bank has a complex and diverse supply chain – with around 6,000 suppliers.

We are committed to working with our suppliers to achieve our vision and growing the breadth and depth of projects awarded to diverse suppliers is core to this – it is not simply a corporate responsibility initiative.

Our program is structured to develop, attract and retain diverse suppliers – with a goal to enhancing the number of relationships and their value to the bank.

We also look to support inclusion and diversity initiatives in all our suppliers, because suppliers that share our commitment to championing a diverse Australia are able to partner with the bank in the long term.
