Some of our CommBiz customers are experiencing issues impacting account transaction history and balance history for 18 July transactions. While balance and transaction information is correct, some customers are unable to run ad hoc BAI2 reconciliation files or perform a transaction history search and we are working to fix this as a matter of priority. All Agent Payment Facility (APF) Cheque and BPAY files have been delivered. We apologise for any inconvenience.
