Information for customers affected by severe weather in Queensland and Northern New South Wales

Due to damage caused by the storms in Queensland and northern New South Wales at the end of March 2017, our Proserpine (Qld) and Lismore (NSW) branches remain closed while repairs are carried out.

For our customers in Lismore we have opened our Pop-Up branch in the council car park in Keen Street, Lismore.

Our emergency assistance package remains available to customers and businesses affected by the severe weather at the end of March.

Commonwealth Bank is continuing its support for those affected by Cyclone Debbie and the subsequent floods by announcing a $100,000 donation to the Red Cross disaster relief and recovery fund. The fund will support relief efforts across Queensland and northern New South Wales. 

We will also be accepting donations in our branches for Red Cross work in affected communities.
