When contacting the Help Desk by phone, the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit will guide you through the various options for help. For CALQ issues, the keystrokes for faster entry are as follows:

(i) On how to navigate through CALQ or questions on how it calculates premiums
• For Financial Wisdom advisers, press Option 1 then press 3
• For CFP advisers, press Option 2, then press 2
• For all other advisers, press Option 3, then press 3

(ii) In obtaining passwords for access to the CommIsure Adviser website
• For Financial Wisdom advisers, press Option 1 then press 2
• For CFP advisers, press Option 2, then press 2
• For all other advisers, press Option 3, then press 2
